Parkinson’s UK have produced a library of videos – filmed with real people living with Parkinson’s – covering a range of advice for wellbeing, mental health, diet, exercises and medication.  A great source of advice, comfort and tips – these are well worth a watch.

Produced by the Parkinson’s Disease Society, this in-depth guide looks at how Parkinson’s affects the muscles and joints; and how keeping moving through regular low-impact exercises can help. Includes lots of examples of easy to follow exercises that can be done at home.

Produced by Parkinson’s UK, this factsheet includes a range of easy to follow guides for simple exercises that can be done in the home to help combat many physical symptoms of Parkinson’s.
