Parkinson’s UK have produced a library of videos – filmed with real people living with Parkinson’s – covering a range of advice for wellbeing, mental health, diet, exercises and medication. Â A great source of advice, comfort and tips – these are well worth a watch.

Produced by the Parkinson’s Disease Society, this in-depth guide looks at how Parkinson’s affects the muscles and joints; and how keeping moving through regular low-impact exercises can help. Includes lots of examples of easy to follow exercises that can be done at home.

Produced by the Michael J Fox Foundation, this guide explains and explores how vitally important diet is in combatting the advancement of symptoms and includes an array of advice covering diet and nutrition. Discover what is best to eat (or not eat) to support your ongoing health.

In August, we were pleased to host our first in-person workshop, focussing on diet and nutrition for Parkinson’s – hosted by guest presenter Jane Williams.
